    • You can activate the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) framework from the unified content management landing page and install the associated citations into your compliance library.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_compliance.admin, sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_manager, sn_compliance_ws.it_compliance_manager

    Ensure that the Digital Operational Resilience Management and Unified Content Management applications are installed.

    About this task

    The DORA framework establishes requirements for organizations to strengthen their ability to withstand and recover from ICT-related incidents. The Unified content management application provides DORA citations and regulatory content ready for installation.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Compliance Workspace > .
    2. In the Compliance Workspace, select the Unified content management landing page icon.
    3. Select Activate on the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) framework.
      Multiple versions might be available to support different release cycles of the DORA regulation.
      A disclaimer page appears for you to review.
    4. Review the disclaimer, which states your responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and currency of compliance content, then select Agree.
      The activation wizard opens, displaying the DORA citations available for installation.
    5. Select the citations from the list to include in your installation.
      1. View citation details, including the description, installation state, and parent framework section.
      2. Use filters to narrow your selection.
        Select the Field dropdown and choose a field to filter by (for example, Active, Category, or Classification
    6. After selecting citations, select Next to proceed to the review step.
    7. Review the selected citations summary and select Submit to activate the DORA framework and install the citations.
      The system processes the activation. A status message indicates that installation is in progress.
    8. Refresh the page to verify that the installation is complete.

      The DORA framework and its associated citations are now available in your Compliance Workspace. The framework card displays the active version number, and the button label changes to Update.
