Create a privacy case in the Privacy Workspace

Report any privacy breaches and complaints to help reduce and avert losses.

Role required: sn_privacy.analyst

About this task

At times, users can also report a case to the privacy teams using offline modes such as phone calls or emails. The privacy teams then create these cases in the Privacy Workspace and then attach the relevant details to the case.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Privacy Workspace.
2. On the home page, navigate to the Privacy cases tab.
3. From the Create drop-down, select Privacy case.
4. On the form, fill in the fields.
   See the privacy new case form for an explanation of each field.
5. Select Save.
