Update dependencies of BIAs in Self-Service

Use the contributor role to update the impact category result, RPO Impact analysis responses, state of the impact dependency group, and the work notes in the Activity section in the BCM application.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_bcm.contributor or sn_bcm.viewer

If you are a BCM contributor and are part of the Contributors list or you are a BCM viewer, then you can update the dependency details of a business impact analysis (BIA).

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > My Impact Analysis.
2. View the list of business impact analysis records that are assigned to you and the BIAs that you can contribute to.
3. Select the BIA record and view the details.
4. Update the State of the BIA.
5. To update the record, select Update.
