    • Activate and configure the Smart Assessment response assist skill in ServiceNow Otto®. The skill automatically drafts responses for assessment questionnaires by using previously answered questions and supporting documents to improve accuracy and consistency.

    Before you begin

    Install the ServiceNow Otto for Smart Assessment Engine (SAE) plugin (sn_smart_ai_assist).

    Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

    About this task

    Note:
    The Smart Assessment Response Assist skill is on by default. If you turned it off, follow the steps in this task to turn it on.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Admin > AI Admin Hub.
    2. On the AI Skills tab, under the Technology workflow group, select Risk & Sustainability.
    3. On the ServiceNow Otto® skills for Risk & Sustainability page, select Turn on under the Smart Assessment Response Assist skill.
    4. Select Turn on.
    5. Select Risk & Sustainability to return to the page listing all Risk and Sustainability-related skills or close the dialog box to remain on the same page.

    Result

    The Smart Assessment Response Assist skill is active and available for assessment questionnaires. Configure the skill at the template category level as needed.
