    • Activate the GRC case summarization skill from the AI Admin Hub to generate AI-powered summaries of privacy case records.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin and sn_nowassist_admin.user

    Note:
    The skill is turned on by default if you have ServiceNow Otto for Privacy Management installed. The skill is automatically available to appropriate role users for the applications. For more information, see Now Assist skills, agents, and agentic workflows on by default.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Admin Center > AI Admin Hub.
    2. On the AI Skills tab, navigate to Technology > Risk & Sustainability.
      The skills applicable to Risk & Sustainability are displayed.
    3. On the GRC case summarization card, select Activate skill.
    4. Review the skill configuration details on each tab, and select Save and continue.
      For a description of each skill configuration tab, see GRC case summarization skill configuration fields.
    5. On the Review and activate tab, verify the full configuration and select Activate.
    6. Optional: Select Return to Risk & Sustainability or close the dialog.
    7. Select Done.
      You’re redirected to the AI Skills home page.
