ServiceNow Otto for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) adds generative AI capabilities to Risk Management. These capabilities help risk managers discover potential risks faster, and help assessors and approvers understand risk events and risk assessments without creating summaries manually.
When AI activates in Risk Management
ServiceNow Otto for IRM and a workspace, such as Risk Workspace, must be installed before any AI capability is set to available. The risk event summarization and risk assessment summarization skills are active by default unless deactivated manually. The Suggest potential risks workflow and its Risk Suggestion AI Agent must be activated separately before the conversational assistant appears in the Now Assist panel.
