    Fields Description
    Table Table for which you want to configure the record page.
    Application Scope of the current application.
    Record Type Icon

    List of all the base system icons that are existing.

    Note:
    Use the icons that are available in the Now platform. You can’t create any custom icons.
    Left side fields Standard information of a record is given in these fields. Record type is shown in the record page by default based on the record selected.
    Note:
    The secondary header fields that are not configured for left side, are shown as default fields on the right side of the separator.
    Show default overview Option to select default overview page on the record page.
    Active Customizations will be shown on the record page only if this option is selected.
    Overview page configuration
    State field

    Process flow information for the stepper seismic component in the default overview page.

    The workflow state information captured from the process flow table for the current record.
    Description field

    Additional information or context about the record in default overview page.
    Extension Point

    Custom process flow information for the stepper seismic component in the default overview page.

    Note:
    This field is greyed out when the State field is selected.
