Case tasks help you to collaborate with multiple teams to investigate, perform impact
assessment to establish case criticality, and gather evidence to capture the details and responses
for further review.
After a privacy case is reported, the privacy analyst can create case tasks and assign each of
those tasks to various case task owners. The case task owners then work on the tasks and submit
them for the case analyst to review. There are three types of case tasks:
Assessment: This type of case task requires the case task owner to
take an assessment and provide their responses. Case tasks that belong to this type can only be
reassigned.
Investigation: This type of case task requires the case task owner to
provide their observations.
Others: Like Investigation, this type of case task also requires the
case task owner to provide their observations.
After case task owners work on a task, they submit the task for the case analyst to review.
