View your recovery tasks from Self-service

  • View the tasks assigned to you or a recovery task team that you are a part of to recover assets from a crisis or exercise (Functional type) event. Your BCM Program Manager assigns the tasks to you and you can view them any time you want from the self-service application menu.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_bcm.recovery_team_member

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Self-Service > My Recovery Tasks.
    2. View the list of event tasks assigned to you, the assigned group that you are part of, or a recovery team that you belong to.
    3. Sort the Event Type column to list the crisis-related tasks at the top.
    4. View the Event Task type column to understand whether it is planned or an ad hoc event.
    5. Click the link to the Task ID of an event task that you want to update.
      You can update the Actual start and Actual end details.
    6. To add any notes to the event task activity, click the Activity related list and add the information in the Work notes field.
    7. To update the task to in progress State field, click the Work in Progress button.
    8. To close the task, click either Close Complete or Close Incomplete button.

    9. Click Update after your changes.
