Create HTML and PDF document templates​

    • Create a customized HTML document template​ in the Operational Resilience application to suit your business needs. You can use the customized HTML document template instead of the default HTML template to export an attestation.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.admin

    About this task

    Creating a customized HTML document template is optional.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Document Templates > All Document Templates and click New.
      The following question is displayed on the form: What kind of document template would you like to create? The available options are as follows:
      • HTML Document Template
      • PDF Document Template
    2. Select HTML Document Template.
    3. In the Table field, select the Self Attestation [sn_oper_res_self_attestation] table.
      The sample form is shown in the following example.

    4. On the form, fill in the fields and click Submit.
      The new template is displayed in the Document Templates list.​ For descriptions of the field values, see HTML Template form.

    Result

    If you have the sn_oper_res.manager role, you can use the HTML template to generate a self-attestation report.
