Initiate AI assessment on an AI asset

Initiate AI assessment for the whole AI asset.

Before you begin

Role required: AI Asset Owner or AI Risk and Compliance Analyst [sn_grc_ai_gov.ai_risk_and_compliance_analyst]

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > AI Risk and Compliance > AI Risk and Compliance Workspace.
2. Select the list icon .
3. From the List, open the AI asset for which you want to initiate AI assessment.
4. For the More actions menu, select Initiate assessment.
5. On the Send AI assessment dialog box, fill in the fields.

   Field	Description
   Assessment template	The assessment template you use to perform the AI assessment. You can see the list of all published assessment templates in this drop-down list. For information about publishing, see Assessment templates.
   Related entity	Entity that needs to be analyzed for impact assessment. This field is automatically set to the AI asset's related entity.
   Assigned to	Person to whom the assessment is assigned. This field is auto-populated with the business owner responsible for owning and managing the AI asset.
   Due date	Date by which the assessment needs to be completed.
   Title	Title of the AI assessment.
   Description	Description of the AI assessment.

6. Select Send.
