Use the Feedback dashboard to track and manage feedback using the Risk Workspace. The Feedback dashboard organizes feedback according to its status, importance, type, and other specific factors.
Launching Feedback dashboard
You can launch the Feedback dashboard by using the launcher icon. The following example shows the cards that are available on the Feedback dashboard. Figure 1. Feedback dashboard page
You can analyze and monitor only relevant information by filtering the dashboard based on different record types. You can navigate to All records and select the respective record type to visualize related
information on the dashboard. The available record types are based on the active feedback configurations.

Shows the feedback that hasn’t yet been reviewed by the reviewer following the respondent's comments.
Overview
Feedback by priority
Shows the active feedback based on their assigned priorities. This helps in understanding the proportion of feedback categorized by urgency levels.
Feedback by record type
Shows the feedback based on their record types. This helps in understanding the proportion of feedback categorized by the source records.
Unaddressed Feedback over time
Shows the unaddressed feedback over time. The bar chart displays the trend of unresolved feedback, enabling teams to measure their responsiveness and workload distribution.
Actions on Feedback
Shows the closed feedback with initiated actions and feedback with no actions taken. It facilitates the analysis of what further actions are generally taken as an outcome of the feedback.
