Activate the common control objective creation skill in Now Assist

    • When activating the common control objective creation skill, the system uses generative AI to analyze the accepted duplicate control objectives and to generate a common control objective.

    Before you begin

    Install the Now Assist for IRM plugin (sn_irm_gen_ai).

    Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Admin Center > Now Assist Admin > Features.
    2. On the Now Assist Features tab, under the Technology workflow group, select Risk & Sustainability.
      The Now Assist Skills for IRM page lists the available generative AI capabilities for Policy and Compliance.
    3. Under the common control objective creation skill, select Activate Skill.
    4. On the General details page, review the information about the skill and then select Save and Continue.
      Note:
      This information is read-only.
    5. On the Summary fields page, review the columns that are being summarized to suggest the new common control objective and then select Save and Continue.
    6. On the Review and activate page, review the summary and select Activate.
      After activation, the Successfully Activated dialog box appears.
    7. In the Successfully Activated dialog box, select Return to IRM to navigate back to the Now Assist Skills for IRM page.
