Activate the GRC case summarization skill

    • Activate the GRC case summarization skill from the Now Assist Admin console to generate AI-powered summaries of privacy and compliance case records.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin and sn_nowassist_admin.user

    Note:
    The skill is turned on by default if you have Now Assist for IRM or Now Assist for Privacy Management installed. The skill is automatically available to appropriate role users for the applications. For more information, see Now Assist skills, agents, and agentic workflows on by default.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Admin > Now Assist Admin.
    2. On the Now Assist Skills tab, navigate to Technology > Risk & Sustainability.
      The Now Assist skills applicable to Risk & Sustainability are displayed.
    3. On the GRC case summarization card, select Activate skill.
    4. Review the skill configuration details on each tab, and select Save and continue.
      For a description of each skill configuration tab, see GRC case summarization configuration fields.
    5. On the Review and activate tab, verify the full configuration and select Activate.
    6. Optional: Select Return to Risk & Sustainability or close the dialog.
    7. Select Done.
      You’re redirected to the Now Assist Skills home page.

    What to do next

    You can edit the skill configurations from the Now Assist Admin console after activation. For instructions, refer to Customize a Now Assist for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) skill.
