Update the header and footer for email notifications

  • Update the header and footer images used in email notifications by modifying image records for Third-party Risk Management.

    About this task

    You can update the header and footer images that appear in email notifications. These images are shared across email notifications and templates. Any changes to sn_vdr_risk_asmt.tprm_email_header.png or sn_vdr_risk_asmt.tprm_email_footer.png apply to all notifications using TPRM templates. To verify which templates are in use, navigate to All > System Notification > Email > Email notifications.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System UI > Images.
    2. Update the header or footer image by completing one of these actions.

      Update the header
      1. Open the record by selecting sn_vdr_risk_asmt.tprm_email_header.png.
      2. Update the image by selecting Update in the image section of the form and then choose your image file.
      Update the footer
      1. Open the record by selecting sn_vdr_risk_asmt.tprm_email_footer.png.
      2. Update the image by selecting Update in the image section of the form and then choose your image file.
    3. Save your updates for the images record by selecting Update.
      Your image records are updated for emails and notifications. To preview changes, open the relevant notification record and select Preview Notification. For example, navigate to All > System Notification > Email > Email notifications select Third-party Risk Assessment Assigned and then Preview Notification.
