Import delivery channels from Everbridge

After setting up the connection and credentials with Everbridge, you must import the delivery channels from Everbridge. Sending notifications is made easier through these delivery channels.

Role required: BCM admin (sn_bcm.admin)

About this task

Finding out how to reach or connect with your stakeholders at the time of crisis may have many challenges. Your notifications may not reach them as they may no longer use those delivery methods through which you are trying. Having imported delivery channels to reach your contacts and selected groups make your notification service much more certain and manageable.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Business Continuity > Everbridge Notification Configuration > Delivery Channels.
2. Click Import.
   All delivery channels are imported from Everbridge successfully. You get a message of confirmation if successful, otherwise an error message.
