Respond to attestations from Tasks page of Compliance Workspace

Respond to your attestations by logging in to the Tasks page of the Compliance Workspace.

Role required: sn_grc.business_user, sn_grc.business_user_lite

About this task

As an attestation respondent of the control you can log in to the Compliance Workspace, navigate to the Tasks page and respond to the attestations.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Compliance Workspace.
2. Select the tasks icon ().
   You can view the attestations on the left panel. The Control Attestations list view displays the Control and Entity columns alongside the existing assessment instance, assessment template, state, users, and due date columns, providing attestors with direct scope context for each assessment instance without opening individual records.
3. Select the assessment instance link on the right panel of the My pending tasks related list.
4. Enter your response to the set of questions, and attach an evidence document.
5. Select the Next button.
6. Select the Provide acknowledgement option.
7. Select the Submit assessment button.
8. Select Close in the Submission Successful pop-up.
   All the questions are read only now that you have submitted the response.
