    • Use the external assessment template form to capture all the information that you need to create an external assessment template. As a third-party risk manager, you can create an assessment template.

    Table 1. Assessment Templates form
    Field Description
    Name Name of the assessment template.
    Assessment results valid duration (days) The number of days that the default assessment will be valid.
    Assessment duration (days) Time provided for the entire external assessment to be completed.
    Questionnaire duration (days) Time allocated for the assessor to complete the questionnaire portion of the assessment.
    Questionnaire review duration (days) Time allocated for the third-party risk admin to review the responses provided to questionnaire.
    Created by User who created the template.
    Created Time when the template was created.
    Updated Time when the template was last updated.
    Supports smart assessment Option that indicates that the assessment template can be used with the Smart Assessment Engine.
    Note:
    For existing assessments, this option is not set when there are classic questionnaire and document request templates that have not been migrated and published. This option is set automatically when an SAE questionnaire or document request template has been added manually.

    When you create a new assessment template and have the Smart Assessment Engine property enabled, this field is selected by default after saving the template.

    The third-party risk area that applies to this questionnaire template.

    Name Name of the document request template.

    Name Name of the questionnaire template.
