Submit the self-attestation report to its owner for the certification. You can then generate the PDF of the self-attestation report in the Operational Resilience Workspace for your records.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_oper_res.manager
Procedure

Navigate to and select the self-attestation that you’re working on.

Respond to the questions in the assessment as an assessor or owner in the Assessment tab.
In the Assessment tab, an assessment questionnaire for the services is displayed. As an assessor, you can respond to the questions in the assessment.

Ensure that all questions are answered and select Submit.
When you submit the assessment, your responses are stored in the application and then the state of the self-attestation is updated to Attestation received.
When the self-attestation is updated to the Attestation received state, the attestation is complete and the Export to PDF button is displayed on the form.

To export the self-attestation report to the PDF format, select Export to PDF.
The self-attestation PDF is generated for download and is available in the activity section of the self-attestation record, containing details such as the owner, name, description, template name, and responses to the
questions.

To save the self-attestation record, select Save.

To close the self-attestation record, select Close.
