Reassign model assessments and validations

Reassign an model risk assessment or validation to another assignee from the stakeholder list of the model risk record when the task is in the In-progress state. It ensures that the task continues without delay if the original assignee is unavailable.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_model_risk_mgmt.model_governance or sn_model_risk_mgmt.risk_coordinator

Model validators [sn_model_risk_mgmt.model_validator] can also reassign tasks, but only those tasks that are assigned to them.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Model Risk Workspace.
2. Select the list icon .
3. Navigate to the right location based on the type of task.
   1. To reassign an assessment task, navigate to Assessment tasks > In-progress.
   2. To reassign a validation task, navigate to Validation tasks > In-progress.
4. Select the task that you want to reassign.
5. Select Reassign.
6. In the Reassign model task dialog, enter the assignee name and reason for reassignment.
   You can view only those users in the Assignee field who are included in the stakeholder list of the model record.
7. Select Reassign model task.
