  • Setting up the Business Continuity Management (BCM) application for use requires configuring certain pre-requisite data.

Configuring the BCM application data helps to equip the workspace with the necessary templates for all kinds of crises. You can define elements such as items and assets, categorize impacts, set tier levels for recovery, and timeframes. BCM users can then find all the necessary, correct, and current data required to complete their tasks on the workspace.

These configurations are required to set up the business continuity workspace for different users who would be using the workspace:

Use the BCM UIB Workspace like a console to view and manage your business continuity tasks. You can monitor, execute, review, and report on the business impact analyses, business continuity plans, exercises, and crisis events.
