Add a space type configuration

Configure the different types of workspaces available in a workplace. You can add spaces based on different space types (Workspace/Desk). Space type enables employee to identify the different types of workspace available on a floor

始める前に

Role required:sn_wsd_core.admin or sn_wsd_core.workplace_manager

手順

1. Navigate to All > Workplace Core > Administration > Space type configuration.
   The Space Types page opens.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   表 : 1. Space Type form

   Field	Description
   Name	Descriptive name of the space type.
   Code	Code for the space type. The code can also be a name.
   Table	Table of the space type. The field is automatically set to Space [sn_wsd_core_space]. If the space type is a room, select Room [sn_wsd_core_room].
   Application	Application of the space type. This field is automatically set. For example: Workplace Concierge
   Active	Option to activate the space type.
   Available for	Option to specify the type of users for whom the space type is available.

4. Select Submit.

The space type is configured. You can select this space type while creating a space or a type mapping.
