Approve a space assist request

As a workplace manager, you can approve or reject a space assist request.

始める前に

Ensure the following:

• You have the permission to approve.
• You are the manager of the user who raised the space assist request.

Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_manager

As a workplace manager, you can approve a space assist request raised by a user who is assigned to you. The Workplace Core Approval definition, provides the Space Recommendation Approval by default to perform space request approval. The approval definition consists of a Space Recommendation Approval Config performer criteria, in which all the workplace managers are configured to approve space assist requests.

手順

1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > My Approvals.
2. Select the approval that is in Requested state.
   You can also use filter options to view only those approvals that are in the Requested state.
3. To view the request details before approving, in the Approving field, select the Preview this record icon ().
4. Click Open Record.
5. Review the request details.
6. After reviewing the details, to approve or reject, perform the steps 1 and 2 again.
7. On the form, do any one of the following:
   • To approve the request, select Approve.

     The request is approved.

   • To reject the request, do the following:
     1. In the Comments field, specify the reason for rejection.

        If you want to suggest any changes in the request, briefly detail the changes.

     2. Click Post after entering your comments.
     3. Click Reject.

        The request is rejected.
