Define user access for achievements

  • Define user access to the collection to configure who has can and can’t read access to the achievements.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lc.learning_admin, sn_lep.achievement_manager

    Create an achievement. For more information, see Create an achievement definition.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Learning > Achievements > Achievement definitions.
    2. Open the achievement that you want to define user access for.
    3. On the Can Read related list, select Edit.
    4. Add users who should have access to the achievement.
    5. On the Cannot Read related list, select Edit.
    6. Add users who shouldn’t have access to the achievement.
      Note:
      When a user is present in both Can Read and Cannot Read then Cannot Read takes precedence, and the user is restricted access to that achievement.
