Configure conversational search tables

    • Use Knowledge graph tags to identify which tables should be used for answering natural language questions in conversational search.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Knowledge Graph Tags.
    2. Select Conversational contracts search knowledge tag.
    3. Select the Unlock tables (Unlock tables icon) icon.
    4. Select the Lookup using list (Lookup using list icon) icon and add tables that should be used in conversational search.

    5. Select Update.

    Result

    Records from the added tables are searched when responding to conversational search queries.
