  • Use the location policy form to assign a visitor policy to a workplace location, apply the policy to internal/external visitors and configure whether the policies require signatures.

    Field Description
    Location Workplace location to which the visitor policy it linked.
    Policy Visitor policy that is linked being linked to the workplace location.
    Active Option to activate the record.
    Required for internal Option to enable the policy for internal visitors.
    Require signature for internal Option to enable signatures for internal visitors to acknowledge the policy. The visitor signature is stored in the visitor policy confirmation record.
    Required for external Option to enable the policy for external visitors.
    Require signature for external Option to enable signatures for external visitors to acknowledge the policy. The visitor signature is stored in the visitor policy confirmation record.
