Add a person manually to the impacted people list

    • Manually add people to the impacted people list who may have visited the critical event location. Adding people help account for visitors, as their names won’t be automatically generated in the impacted people list.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_critical.agent

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Health and Safety Workspace and select the Critical Event Management tab.
    2. Open the critical event.
    3. Select the Impacted people tab.
    4. Select Add Person.
    5. In the Add Impacted People pop-up, enter the person's name and select the + icon.
    6. Select the status of the person.

    7. Enter any relevant notes.
    8. Select Save.
