Enable notification for contract metadata extraction

    • Enable the notification for contract metadata extraction to receive email notifications when metadata extraction is completed.

    About this task

    The Metadata extraction-Completed notification is not active by default.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Notification > Email > Notifications.
    2. In the Name column, search for metadata.
    3. Select Metadata extraction-Completed.
    4. On the Notification form, select the Active check box.

      Activate check box in the metadata extraction email notification.
    5. Select Update.

    Result

    The metadata extraction email notification is activated and triggers when the metadata extraction process is completed.
