Add interview phase

    About this task

    Set up interview phases based on the different rounds you plan to include in the evaluation process for a job requisition. Use these interview phases to schedule interviews with various applicants on the job requisition in a more consistent, transparent, and efficient manner.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Recruitment workspace.
    2. Select the job requisition that you want to add interview phases for.
    3. On the Interview phases tab, select Add phase.
    4. On the Create New Interview phase form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Create new interview phase form.
    5. Select Save.
      The interview phase is added to the Interview phases tab.
