Note that the Workplace Calendar Synchronization dashboard has been migrated to Workplace Central. New Workplace Service Delivery customers should use the migrated dashboards, while existing customers have temporary access to the old dashboards, which will be deprecated soon.
Access and Roles
- Access: Navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Dashboards to open the Synchronization Health Dashboard.
- Required Role:
snwsdrsvsync.admin- allows viewing connection configurations, calendar providers, and managing Reservable Sync Configurations. - Intended Users: System administrators and synchronization admins responsible for overseeing event and calendar item synchronization status.
Key Features
- Real-time Metrics: Displays total events and calendar items created on the current day using single score visualizations.
- Breakdown Visualizations: Pie charts show the distribution of calendar items by type and errors by category over the last 30 days.
- Time Series Analysis: Step time series charts track calendar items and events processed over the past 7 and 30 days, including error trends.
- Error Tracking: Identifies events yet to be processed, events with errors in the last 24 hours, and detailed lists of error states over 30 days.
