Review visitor policies

  • Review the workplace policies before your visit, then accept or decline the policies.

    About this task

    When you register a visit to a workplace, or if someone creates a visitor registration on your behalf, you might receive an email about reviewing the workplace policies. You can review and accept the policies based on your preference.

    You can also accept the policies on the Workplace Services Kiosk during the visitor check-in process. For more information about the kiosk check-in process, see Check in using an invite.
    Note:
    If you accept the policies before your visit, the policies aren't displayed during the kiosk check-in process.

    Procedure

    1. Open the email that you received about the workplace policies.
    2. Accept or decline the visitor policies based on your preference.

      1. In the workplace policies email, select Read and sign policies.

        The Visitor Policies page opens with details about all visitor policies.

      2. Review the policies, then select Agree.

        Based on the configuration set by the admin, you might have to add a signature to agree to the policies.

      Decline the policies You can decline the policies from the email by selecting Decline policies.

      You can also decline the policies after reviewing them on the Visitor Policies page by selecting Decline.

      A page opens confirming that you have declined the policies. You can review the policies again by selecting Go back.
