Obligation Management notifications

  • Obligation Management uses email notifications to notify obligation fulfiller and obligation users when an obligation task is created, assigned, submitted, approved, or rejected.

    Name Recipient Title
    Obligation task created/assigned Assigned to ${number} is assigned to you
    Obligation task submitted Approver ${number} has been submitted for your approval
    Obligation task approved Assigned to ${number} has been approved
    Obligation task rejected Assigned to ${number} has been rejected
    The following notifications are not activated by default:
    • Obligation task submitted
    • Obligation task approved
    • Obligation task rejected
