  • A safety team such as a safety meeting manager can use the Health and Safety meeting form to add or modify a safety-related meeting.

    Table 1. Meeting form
    Field Description
    Category Category for the meeting.

    The list in this field displays the choices defined for the Category column in the Meeting [sn_ohs_im_meeting] table.

    State State of the meeting.
    Short description Brief description about this meeting.
    Start date and time Date and time when the meeting starts.
    End date and time Date and time when the meeting ends.
    Location Location for the meeting.
    Meeting URL Link for the meeting if it's online.
    Host Safety meeting manager hosting the meeting.
    Additional hosts Additional hosts assigned to the meeting who can also host the meeting when the main host is unavailable.
    Sensitive content Option to indicate that the meeting contains sensitive information.

    Only a user with the Sensitive meeting content user [sn_ohs_im.sensitive_meeting_content_user] role can view a meeting marked as sensitive.

    Agenda Rich text field for adding the meeting agenda.

    Field Description
    External attendees (Deprecated) Names of the external users attending this meeting.
    Note:
    This field is deprecated. To add an external attendee, you can use the Public attendee field on the meeting attendee form. For more information, see Add attendees to a safety meeting.

    Field Description
    External absentees (Deprecated) Names of the external users who didn't attend this meeting.
    Note:
    This field is deprecated. To mark the absence for an external attendee, you can use the Attendance field for the public attendee. For more information, see Health and Safety meeting attendee form.
    Meeting notes Rich text field for adding meeting notes when the meeting is in progress or after the meeting.
