Configure Legal Matter Management to engage with outside counsel using Legal Tracker

Configure the requirements to enable outside counsel engagement and matter creation in Legal Tracker.

To integrate Legal Matter Management with Legal Tracker, ensure you have installed the Legal Tracker Spoke. For more information, see Legal Tracker.

• Configure Legal Tracker instance URL
  Update the system properties to generate the URL specific to External Matter that is displayed in the Legal Tracker matter link field. By selecting the URL, the user can directly open the matter in the Legal Tracker application.
• Configure the webhook registry
  Configure a callback URL for communication between the Legal Matter Management and Legal Tracker applications.
• Configure data to enable matter creation in Legal Tracker
  Configure the data that is required to create a matter in Legal Tracker.
• Configure the currency symbol for activity stream
  Configure currency to be displayed in the activity stream.
• Enable the option to engage with outside counsel for a matter
  Enable legal fulfiller to submit requests for outside counsel engagements for a matter.
