Configuring Applicant Center

Set up a personalized portal for your applicants where they can track and manage job applications and interact with different hiring personas at different points of their hiring journey.

• Install Applicant Center
  You can install the Applicant Center application (sn_ta_applicant) if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Configure the email notification state
  Determine at which state the applicant receives an email to access the Applicant Center.
• Configure time limited authentication
  Configure the time limited authentication for your external applicants to log in to the Applicant Center.
• Configure Content Experiences and Quick links
  Configure the campaigns and other company resources that you want to provide your applicants in the Applicant Center.
• Configure applicant survey
  Configure the survey that you want your applicants to take to provide feedback on their hiring experience. Determine at which state the feedback survey goes to the applicant.
• Configure messaging for the applicant
  Configure the conditions when an applicant can reach out to the recruiters within the Applicant Center. Create a clear communication channel with the hiring team and a better hiring experience for the applicants.
• Set up a scheduled job for applicant deactivation
  Set up a scheduled job, at regular intervals, to deactivate applicants no longer viable to the system.
• Configure pre-hire experience on applicant center
  Provide continuity in the hiring journey by providing a pre-hire experience on the applicant center.
