Contract analysis using Now Assist in Contract Management

As a contract fulfiller, you can analyze your contract documents and identify non-standard or missing clauses from the AI contextual side panel by using the Now Assist in Contract Management application.

Contract analysis workflow moves through a series of states, which are displayed on the contract request record. For more information on the states of the document during contract analysis, see Contract analysis states.

• Analyze a contract document
  Analyze a contract document with generative AI to identify non-standard and missing clauses. You can do this task by using the Now Assist in Contract Management application.
• Review the AI suggestions for clause deviations
  Review the suggestions for clause deviations and take actions by using the Now Assist in Contract Management application to ensure that the clauses comply with the guidelines of the company.
• Cancel AI contract analysis
  Cancel a AI contract analysis when it’s no longer required due to a change in business requirements.
• Contract analysis states
  The Now Assist in Contract Management analysis follows a workflow and moves through a series of states, which are displayed in the contract request. The contract analysis details are available in the activity stream and are also communicated by an email notification to the contract fulfiller, contract collaborator, and assignment group manager.
