Copy talent profiles as job prospects

Copy talent profiles from a Talent pool to a particular job requisition as prospects.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Recruitment workspace.
   • To copy talent profiles to job prospects from a talent pool, go to the Talent pool tab, select the pool and select the talent profiles within to see the Copy to prospects button adjacent to the Copy to another pool button.
   • To copy talent profiles to prospects from the All talent section, select the talent profiles and select Copy to prospects adjacent to the Copy to pool button.
2. In the Copy talent to job prospects pop-up window, select a job requisition from the Select job requisition drop-down list, and select Add.
   Note:

   You can only copy the talent profiles as prospects to a job requisition that is assigned to you, as a recruiter.

Result

You have added the selected talent profiles as job prospect.
