    Before you begin

    Role required: Any role with read access to the record containing the conference call

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the record that contains the conference call, such as an incident.
    2. In the Collaborate side panel, locate the conference call section.
    3. In the Call transcript section, select Download transcript.
