  • As a manager, here's how you can view all your journeys and your team's journeys in Journey designer on the Employee Center portal.

    The Journeys page on Employee Center portal provides you with a bird's eye view of all your journeys, your team's journeys, involved journeys, and other information.

    My team's journeys

    The My team's journeys is the first page that you see when you access Journeys after navigating from Employee Center. Use this page to quickly identify journeys that are assigned to your team, visualize recent progress. You can also create journeys, see Create a journey

    My journeys

    Use the My journeys tab to view tasks that need your attention on the Your next tasks widget, see View and update your next tasks. You can also view all of the other journeys assigned to you, and view each one or update the status, see Journey view for an employee.

    Involved journeys

    Use the Involved journeys tab to stay on track and updated about they journeys that involve you but are not assigned to you or your immediate team members.

    Task templates

    Use the Task templates tab to create templates of tasks, such as scheduling a meeting or taking a learning course, to assign to employees' journeys. For more information, see Create a task template.

    Note:
    As an admin, you have the option to hide the Task templates widget from the journey widget configuration page.
