    • The location consent form helps you configure the communication channels for appointment bookings.

    Field Description
    Name Name of the configuration record.
    Description Description of the configuration record.
    Application Application scope of the configuration record. This field is automatically set to the application scope of your instance.
    Domain Domain for the communication configuration.
    Show communication method Option to enable the communication method on the appointment booking form.
    Update my profile Option to allow users to update their profile with the appointment booking communication details.
    Add comment Option to allow users to provide comments on the appointment booking form.
    Ask for consent Option to ask for communication consent from the users.
    Table Table that is used for the phone number and email fields for the user.
    User reference field Table field that is used to reference the user record.
    Phone number field Table field that is used for the user's phone number.
    Email field Table field that is used for the user's email address.
