Career hub overview

The Career hub tab provides a summary view of your growth and development plans.

Career hub is a simplified and intuitive way to start building your development plans. Use Career hub to do the following:

• Get an overview of where you are with your growth and development and where you're going.
• Create aspirations that motivate you, inspire you, and point you in the right direction.
• View and complete career plan suggestions that are tailored to your development plan.
• View your assigned career growth tasks such as trainings, connections with your peers, and meetings with your manager.
• Navigate ongoing aspirations and find inspiration by motivating, inspiring, and pointing you in the right direction.
• View your profile and provide employment and personal details. View details such as your manager, coworkers, personal contacts, and update your Career hub skills.
• View your growth plan tasks and stay on track by completing tasks that might need your attention.
• View courses in Learning to complete your training to help you grow and show off all your learning achievements.
• View your current learning development and keep up with your assigned, saved, and ongoing courses.
• Connect with coworkers and managers and view your scheduled conversations.
• View your recent conversations and manage your talking points and follow-up items.
• Grow your network for career support by making new connections.

Note:

You can also add people to your circle, which highlights the people that might help motivate and inspire you in your career journey. Simply select Add people to your circle to add people, search the directory, and add mentors, peers, and people who help push you to grow.

Widget	Description
Create an aspiration	Get motivated, inspired, and pointed in the right direction.
Grow with intent	Shows you actionable items or suggestions that are specific to you.
Career growth tasks	Shows you all your tasks such as assigned courses and trainings that help manage your career growth.
See the impact that you've made	A time-line that reflects your milestones. You can use a filter to control whether the time-line displays the following milestones: Aspirations (in-progress or complete) Growth plans (in-progress or complete) Learning (in-progress or complete) Skills gained Role updates
Aspirations	Shows you specific skills and roles that help you with ongoing aspirations and with finding new aspirations.
Your skill range	Gets you started with uploading a resume and adding skills to your profile.
Growth plan tasks	Helps you stay on track by completing tasks that are upcoming, overdue, and due soon.
Opportunities	Provides you with a recommendation of internal job opportunities. The job opportunities in this widget are mapped to the job opportunities in the following widgets that appear in the Opportunity marketplace module: Opportunities that might interest you Based on your skills
Application status	Helps you keep track of internal jobs for which you applied. It provides you with the current status of your job application.
Latest achievement	Shows you all your earned achievements based on your learning progress. Note: since achievements do expire, you can only see achievements that aren't expired.
Current learning	How you keep up with your assigned, saved, and ongoing courses and trainings.
Upcoming conversations	Shows you all your scheduled and upcoming conversations by week.
Recent conversations	Helps you manage all your talking points and follow-up conversation items.
Make new connections	Lets you search the org chart to browse peers with whom you can make connections.
