Accessing Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts
The Notify Connector for Microsoft Teams can automatically retrieve and store meeting transcripts from Microsoft Teams meetings in ServiceNow
If you choose to download the transcript, ServiceNow will save meeting transcripts allowing you to search and archive them.
Meeting transcripts from Microsoft Teams are retrieved through the Microsoft Graph Events API and stored in the Notify TRanscript and Summary table. You can configure how transcripts are processed based on your organization's requirements for storage, compliance, and accessibility.
