- Assigned learning lack of engagement: Highlights employees assigned learning but inactive for over a month, displayed in the “Support employees with learning” widget. Requires the Learning Core application.
- Time since job change: Identifies employees who have been in their current role for 36 months or more, prompting career growth support via the “Help your employee grow their career” widget. Requires the Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin.
- Employee hasn’t taken PTO: Flags employees with high unused time-off balances or no recent PTO taken, shown in the “Encourage work-life balance” widget. Also requires the Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin.
- New hire above average requests: Detects new hires (within 30 days) who have submitted six or more HR or hardware/software requests, prompting support through the “Support your new hire” widget. Requires the Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin.
These signals are updated periodically by scheduled jobs ranging from every two weeks to every six months, depending on the signal.
Signal categories

Signal actions

To fully leverage proactive prompts, customers can also explore related configurations such as campaign setups, important dates, team requests, team data, filter groups, daily stats, and to-dos. Manager Hub also includes components like assign learning forms and conversation scheduling forms to support managerial workflows.
