  • The integrated experience and service feedback enables quick feedback sharing across the Employee Center portal.

    You can enable the experience and service feedback drawer widget on all the pages of your portal. It provides a seamless feedback experience for the users.

    Experience feedback

    You can provide your user experience feedback from the Drawer widget in your portal pages or from the Virtual Agent.

    Depending on your portal configuration, the feedback widget might pop-up at regular intervals. You can select Remind me later to stop the reminder.

    Service feedback

    You can share your service experience feedback:
    • After raising a Service Catalog item request.
    • After accessing a Knowledge Base article.
    You can provide your overall user experience for a topic page or any other page on the portal. You can also provide feedback from the Virtual Agent. For more information on how to curate different types of feedback, see Set up the feedback definition.

    Along with the rating, available for the service feedback types, you can choose to provide additional comments you may have.

    You can choose to stay anonymous and not share your personal information while providing your feedback.
