Campaign configurations for Manager Hub

    • Default campaign configurations are available to use after you have activated Manager Hub. Campaigns display predefined content on Manager Hub.

    The Manager Library campaign is published by default. It displays a banner with the following content on the Manager Library tab in Your team menu in Employee Center.

    Campaign content Description
    Employee voice View information on Employee Voice Survey (EVS). Review the EVS results of your team and focus on areas that have received lesser score.
    Annual goals Use the guide or a tool that helps to set your annual goals.
    Coaching and feedback Learn best practices on giving feedback and honing your coaching style.
    Nota:
    The Manager Hub example campaign is also available to use. You must publish the campaign to display a banner on the Manager Hub page in Your team menu in Employee Center.
