The Content Library is your one-stop location for creating and publishing a variety of content types to appear on the employee portal.

Content format	Description	Example
Image-based link	An picture or graphic that redirects employees to an internal or external web page.
Banner	An image with text that appears at the top of the portal homepage.
Calendar	Displays upcoming company holidays. Nota: Employees can download content as an .ics file to upload to Outlook.
Event	Provides employees with a quick view of upcoming company events. Nota: Employees can download content as an .ics file to upload to Outlook.
Rich text	Blocks of formatted text and images.
Styled content	A banner, video, or block of rich text.
URL	A text-based link that redirects employees to an internal or external web page.
Video	Embed a video in the portal.
