  • Create new company events and make changes to existing company events from the Workplace Service Management portal, which integrates with Employee Center Pro.

    The workplace service delivery integrates with employee center pro to provide you with an opportunity to create and edit company events seamlessly by following a few simple steps.

    Nota:
    This integration is for Company Events only.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workplace Service Management > Portal > Content publishing > Create new.

    1. Select Company event to choose the type of content you want to create.
    2. Select Continue.

    Nota:
    When you fill in the required fields all reservation details will show up in the workplace reservation field on the company event record.
    1. Fill in the required fields on the company event record Design tab, which includes the Event content record name, Event start date and time, and the Event end date and time.
    2. Select to Save or Save and continue once you are finished.
      Nota:
      The Publish tab will allow you to proceed with publishing your event. Content Manager role will be required to publish a company event.

    1. Review the content and reservation details in the Content preview to ensure everything looks good.
    2. Select Save or Save and continue.

    1. Review the Reservation details and Reservation summary.

    Review the reservation details and reservation summary to validate, update, or change event information
    1. Make any necessary update and then select Update reservation details.
      Nota:
      This will refresh your reservation details to ensure that the updates details are reflected in the portal.You can also remove a reservation, or even add a new reservation, when you want to add additional users or a location that accommodates larger groups.
    2. The option to make changes, cancel or share your reservation is available from the Actions menu.

    Nota:

    When you make changes to your reservations make sure you refresh to ensure that your reservation details are reflected throughout the portal pages.

    1. Refresh to validate reservation changes.
      Reservation details for company event is updated and published.
