    Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

    Access all your favorites with the new cross- channel favorites section from the portal or from Now Mobile. Use the My Favorites list to access your favorite list quickly. Items remain on the Favorites list until you remove them.

    You can see the favorites icon default favorite icon default without selection on the following types of pages or sections:
    • Topic page
    • Catalog page detail view
    • Knowledge page detail view
    • Cloned catalog page
    • My applications page
    • My applications widget
    • Recommended for you widget
    You can add the frequently used content to your favorites list. Click the favorite icon, and the icon color changes. Click the heart icon again remove the item from your favorites.
    Nota:
    Favorite list shows the items that you have access.

    Procedimento

    1. Go to My favorites.
    2. See the list of your favorites by clicking the favorites icon from the header default favorite icon default with selection icon.

    3. Perform the following actions:
      • Mark content as favorite
      • Remove from favorites​
      • View all favorites​
      • Sort, browse, and filter the favorite list​
      • View the favorites in grid and list views
      Nota:
      You can configure user permissions such as Available for and Not Available for. When the favorited topic is not marked available, the topic isn't visible from My Favorites and on the favorites widget. You can see the following message: You don't have access to <count> of your favorited items. For more information, see Enable user criteria for topics.
