Add a new prompt header to identify the prompt

  • Add intuitive headers to the prompts displayed on the Employee Portal to enable users to identify the type of prompt easily.

    The predefined default header is Suggestion.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Proactive Prompts > Administration > Signal Configurations.
    2. Select New.
    3. In the Name field, enter a name for the signal configuration.
    4. In the Schedule field, determine the frequency to send the prompt to the user.
    5. Select the Prompt Template tab.
    6. Select the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon) next to the Prompt header field.
    7. On the Prompt Header Configurations page, select New.
    8. In the Label field, enter a name to describe the header.
    9. Select Active to activate the new header.
    10. Opcional: Add an icon to accompany the header.
      1. In the Icon field, select the Click to add link.
      2. Select Choose file to select an image from your local drive.
        The supported file types are .jpg, .png, .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .ico, and .svg.
      3. Select OK.
    11. Opcional: Select the Is default field to mark the header as the default header.
      This header will be selected if no value is provided in the Prompt header field.

      If a default header has already been selected, an error message is displayed. You must clear that selection before being able to set this header as the default.

      Nota:

      If you don't see the Is default field, you can add it to the layout.

    12. Select Submit.
    13. Opcional: Add more headers by repeating steps 4 through 10.

    Resultado

    The newest header added is selected in the Prompt header field.
