Working with Case management

Manage your workplace cases using the Case management workspace. Monitor the progress of the cases, update the cases and perform other actions.

Importante:

You need the case manager [sn_wsd_case.manager] role to access the Case management module.

• Manage workplace cases using Case management
  Monitor the workplace cases requested in your organization at any time using the Workplace Central Case management workspace.
• Work on a workplace case using Case management
  Update, edit, or resolve a workplace case at any time from a single workspace using the Workplace Central Case management workspace.
• Create a workplace service case
  As a case manager, apart from managing the workplace cases, you can also create a raise workplace service request directly using the Workplace Central Case management workspace.
• Create a child case and a child task
  As a case manager, to fulfill a case, you can create a child case and also a child task using the workspace.
• Print a workplace case
  As a case manager, apart from managing workplace cases, you can also print a workplace case using the Workplace Central Case management workspace.
• Managing print case
  Filter workplace cases using criteria such as Short Description, Workplace Location, or other relevant fields to generate a consolidated report using the Workplace Central Case management workspace.
• Cancel or delete a case
  As a case manager, cancel a workplace case at any time if it’s no longer required. As an admin, delete a case record completely from the application if it’s no longer required.
